Someone to look up to
Someone to adore,
Someone who gives everything,
And then a little more.
Someone who has listened well,
To all I’ve had to say
And someone who with words so wise,
Has kept my fears at bay.
Someone who has taught me
All that I have known,
Someone who has cherished me
Through all the years I’ve grown.
And if you asked who that someone is
I will so proudly say,
