Holy Medicine

We know that all sickness comes from satan. The only way he could do anything against mankind was after the “Fall of man.” In the Healing Rooms, and through other healing prayers, people have miraculously been healed by our Lord. And satan knows there’s not much he can do in the Presence of Almighty God! But he waits and watches for another opportunity. One morning a person awakes and finds that same ache that had been prayed off them, pounding their back. What the person does at this point is crucial: If they say to themselves, “My backache has returned!” (whatever your pain) they are agreeing with satan, and he has his way. They will allow his lies to control their future.

A better response for that person would be to say, “Lord, I feel this pain in my back, but I know this is not my pain, for You Healed me when they prayed for me that day. So Lord, I want to say Thank You for this ‘symptom pain’ because it is reminding me to praise You more.”

All satan wants us to do is listen to his lies and curse God. But when you take the very thing he is doing to you to bring you away from Papa, and you turn to the Father, satan will soon leave with the pain. He will not be the cause for you to turn to the Lord. Scripture says, “Resist satan and he will flee from you.” The picture I get is satan running away like a whipped dog with its tail between its legs! Better yet, I see satan fleeing away with the pain he tried to put on you!

James 4: 7 states: Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to God and He Will Come near to you.

The second type of Holy Medicine is more potent than the first!

Take Communion once or even twice a day. In this way you not only remember what he has done for you, but you claim the promise of Scriptures that state: We are washed in the Blood. (Titus 3: 5) And, By His Stripes (Wounds) we are Healed. Isaiah 53: 5 and 1 Peter 2: 24

A third thing you can do to overcome satan is to:

Ask the Lord to bless your plans, and you will be successful in carrying them out. Proverbs 16: 3

Remember; When God is your Partner, you can make your plans large! For nothing will be impossible with God.  Luke 1: 37
