As Christians we start listening to Almighty God, and try to do those things that most please Him.
At times all goes well, but at other times nothing we do turns out good.
Have you ever wondered what takes place in the Spiritual World?
When things are going well, we have the Victory.
But satan does not want us to be victorious, and he comes and trips us up in our Daily Walk, and the Victory falls to the ground.
What happens to ‘my’ Victory? Satan cannot pick it up, because Christ defeated him on the Cross. He cannot become victorious again! (Thank You Jesus!!!)
Jesus merely bends down and picks up the victory then holds it close to His Heart, because He Loves us!
We then ask for forgiveness, and carry on with our Daily Walk. When we again succeed in some test, Jesus lovingly hands the Victory back to ‘me’.
Now as I look at my hands, I see they are big and clumsy! If I try to hold anything dainty I tend to break it! When Jesus hands the victory back to me, I find that it is like a fine glass statue: Beautiful to look at, but oh so fragile! It is best for me to hand it straight back to Him. That way I cannot break it, and when satan tries to snatch it away, he has to go to Christ to get it!
The Victory belongs to the Lord. Job 12: 16
